Chief Executive Officer
John brings more than three decades of leadership across defense, aerospace, technology, national security, and entrepreneurship. A former Marine and Navy F-14 aviator, he later built and led successful companies serving demanding customers and missions. At Intrepid, John sets the company’s strategic direction and leads its commitment to mission, people, and principled growth.

Mark H. Scovill
Chief Experience Officer
Mark brings more than three decades of operational command, enterprise leadership, and defense-services experience. A retired Navy officer who commanded at every level from ship to squadron, he later led growth, program execution, and talent development in industry. At Intrepid, Mark connects strategy, people, and execution to strengthen client outcomes and the employee experience.

Lawrence R. Slade
Chief Operating Officer
Larry combines operational experience, technical depth, and more than fifteen years of defense-industry executive leadership. A retired Navy officer and former F-14 Naval Flight Officer, his career also spans cybersecurity, command and control, training, and company operations. At Intrepid, Larry leads capture, operations, and the systems that turn company strategy into executable work.
